Our Story

Influenced by 15 years of Scout values and enriched by professional academic training spanning three years across Egypt and the UK under the Young Leaders programme—a collaboration between the British Council in Egypt & the UK and the UK Ministry of Youth & Sports—our founding members underwent the Event Managers Training programme and subsequent TOT for Events Managers. This journey laid the foundation for shaping the vision of Paradigm.

Living by these principles dictates a specific approach. Over the past 7 years, our dedication and hard work forged strong client connections. Consistently delivering successful projects, we earned trust, built lasting relationships, and expanded to serve various entities, including local and regional United Nations offices, NPOs, international organizations, officials, embassies, ministries, governmental agencies, educational institutes, and corporations. Growth, achieved through valuing details, transformed us from a small co-working space in 2016 to a thriving team of 120 by the end of 2023.

We’re strategists, experienced designers, creative thinkers, production experts, and logistics specialists – all in one agency dedicated to the success of our clients.

The events business is very dynamic and requires strong managerial, leadership and problem-solving skills. We try to dig into details to mitigate the risks before happening, have a contingency plan in place and communicate in advance. Our team members are very experienced in managing these kinds of issues in no time. This experience has evolved over time thru incorporating learnings and best practices from the thousands of events we’ve delivered.
